The Sound of Knocking While Sleeping

The Sound of Knocking While Asleep

Have you ever heard the sound of knocking when you sleep? If so, don’t ignore it as meaningless. “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come into him and will sup him, and he with me. [Revelation 3:20 KJV]. I have heard the sound of knocking while asleep. I have heard the sound of knocking while sleeping. It has been a recurring experience since I awakened four years ago.

At the beginning of my awakening experience, I was woken up consistently between 3 am and 4:30 am. Quite often by the sound of knocking while asleep. There were many times I felt a thumping sensation in my head as well, rather than a knocking on a door. I did not write down my experiences for the longest time. That is until I realized they had a spiritual meaning. For instance, Revelation 3:20 states “Behold, I stand at the door and knock.”

Symbolism

I speak a lot about mystical experiences and symbolism on my YouTube channel. Jesus is the door. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the light. Jesus is the personification of a state of consciousness. The state of consciousness is ‘The Power and Wisdom of God.’

So, in the state of sleep, when our senses are shut out, this power and wisdom come knocking. It is all symbolism, all mystical in nature. I discuss symbolism in many of my blog posts and YouTube videos. I have had many experiences, similar to those that Neville Goddard spoke of. The mystery of the Bible continues to reveal itself. Revelation 3:20 continues with ‘If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come into him and will sup with him, and he with me.” Sup means to drink in Hebrew.

The beverages mentioned most often in the Bible are water and wine. Water represents psychological truth and wine is the application of that truth. To sup with the power and wisdom of God is to consume the psychological truth.

The Song of Solomon also speaks of knocking. “I sleep, but my heart waketh: It is the voice of my beloved that knocketh, saying, Open to me, my sister, my love, my dove, my undefiled: for my head is filled with dew and my locks with drops of the night…”

Although this verse does not provide a command, it is still important. God (I AM) is infinite love and knocks when we sleep and enter into the dream. I hear the sound of knocking while asleep because I have awakened, I have heard the word of God and I believe. I have heard the mighty wind (Spirit) many times and received the Power and Wisdom of God. I have had many of the experiences that Neville Goddard spoke of. Verse 3:20 in the Book of Revelation is true.

The Message

If you hear the sound of knocking while asleep, it may be a message. I highly recommend writing down all of your dreams, repeating patterns, etc. For instance, waking up at 3 am consistently, or having visions. Awakening is a journey, and the mystery reveals itself in time.

What are the messages you are meant to hear, the lessons you need to learn in order to rise to higher states of consciousness?
