The End is the Beginning

The End is the Beginning

The end is the beginning is the predominant message in verses seventeen and eighteen from The Gospel of Thomas. In verse seventeen, Jesus said, “I shall give you what no eye has seen and what no hear has heard and what no hand has touched and what has never occurred to the human mind.”

The disciples said to Jesus in verse eighteen, “Tell us how our end will be.” Jesus said, “Have you discovered, then, the beginning, that you look for the end? For where the beginning is, there will the end be. Blessed is he who will take his place in the beginning; he will know the end and will not experience death.”

Jesus is the personification of the power and wisdom of God. This power and wisdom, when it comes upon us as Spirit, in my case, wind, gives us life in eternity. We begin to experience this power more and more as we awaken. What exists within consciousness (God) with the human senses is inconceivable.  The end is the beginning. We can only see beyond the senses when we see and experience this truth through awakening, meditation, and mystical experiences.

The beginning was God, God became man, and therefore there will be the end. We will awaken to our true selves, which is God.  That will be the end, which is not the end at all but the beginning because once we awaken as God, we do not die but exist as divine beings beyond this dimension of reality. The name of God and who God is has been misinterpreted throughout the ages.

If you want to know who God is, do not seek elsewhere.  All that you need to know exists within you if that is where you go to ask questions and seek to know and understand who God is. Always remember that the end is the beginning, and there is nothing to fear.
