Affirmations for Mental Health

Affirmations for Mental Health helped me change my mindset about anxiety and depression.  If you are trying to beat anxiety or depression using the Law of Attraction, it is an excellent place to start.  I started with affirmations several years ago, which helped, but, as I have mentioned before, the Law of Attraction (LOA) no longer resonates with me.  Instead, I know that we are the creators and co-creators of our life. We don’t attract anything – we create our experiences. I can only say that now because I understand that we embody various consciousness states rather than attract them.

Affirmations for mental health allowed me to start changing my conception of myself.  The key is believing that the affirmations work. The key is believing that you no longer suffer from anxiety and depression.  Eventually, you stop identifying with the idea of suffering. All individuals are at varying levels of consciousness at any given time in this dream of life, rather than trying to “attract” what they want, whether that be a healthier mental state, healthy relationships, better finances, etc. I would like you to consider the idea of consciously manifesting those things. 

You can use the same techniques as you for the law of attraction, affirmations for mental health, and scripting, for example. You can also change your internal dialogue or try visualization. However, the key is to know that you manifest by embodying the state of having desire rather than attraction. You consciously manifest through your thoughts, assumptions, reactions, daydreams, and imagination, with imagination being the greatest of all.

A Different Life

I wish I had known this earlier; if I had, my life would be different now.  I took the long road, but it was okay. I have learned a lot along the way, and now I am awake (from the dream of life).  As I have mentioned in some of my YouTube videos, it was a long journey overcoming anxiety and depression. I hope to help others shorten their journey dealing with depression and anxiety. I am proof that you can overcome it and go on to lead the life you envision.  

Remember that depression is a state, and it is possible to change it.  It took me a long time to grasp that I needed to change my thoughts and “state.”  I honestly believed it was difficult, but with persistence, you can change your state of mind (consciousness) and overcome depression and anxiety.  

You deserve to live a healthy, joyful, abundant life. If I can overcome anxiety and depression after 47 years, so can you! When you are ready, take back your creative power because you are the creator of your reality. You can be, do, and have anything you want in this life. Do you want a healthy, joyful, abundant life free of anxiety and depression? Claim your new life now and start living it!
