Now, let’s shift our focus to affirmations. I want to share a personal story to provide some context. Several years ago, I found myself exhausted from battling anxiety and depression, experiencing a prolonged dark night of the soul. This wasn’t a sudden event but rather a process that unfolded over a couple of years. It was during this time that I unexpectedly met my Twin Flame, a concept I initially dismissed but have come to embrace more recently. This meeting triggered a deep inner journey and forced me to confront my insecurities, anxiety, and depression.

Seeking a way out of this cycle, I turned to the law of attraction and affirmations. Initially, I struggled to fully grasp the idea of attracting things through energetic frequencies. However, I recognized that I needed to disidentify from my negative self-talk and limiting beliefs. I started paying closer attention to my words and thoughts, realizing that I had to break free from identifying with anxiety, depression, and other negative states of mind.

Writing down affirmations and repeating them became part of my practice. However, I encountered a challenge. Old beliefs and contradicting thoughts would arise, slowing down the process of building a new belief system. Over time, I learned that while specific affirmations can work, they may take longer if conflicting beliefs persist in the background. To simplify and streamline my practice, I created a set of umbrella affirmations that covered four main areas of my life: health, relationships, finances, and career.

These umbrella affirmations, which are not overly specific, have become the foundation of my belief system. Instead of saying them out loud every day, I now think them naturally and sometimes speak them aloud when I feel inclined, such as while driving or doing household chores. These affirmations have become core beliefs, shaping my perception of myself and the world around me. However, I remain mindful of any contradicting thoughts that may arise, using discernment to determine whether they align with my new belief system or if they are simply remnants of old patterns.

If you are working with affirmations, I encourage you to incorporate saying them out loud into your practice, as the spoken word carries a powerful frequency. Evaluate the affirmations you use and assess what is working and what is not. If you find that specific affirmations are not yielding the desired results, consider creating general affirmations that encompass the broader areas of your life. These foundational affirmations can pave the way for more specific ones as your belief system evolves and solidifies.

Remember to take stock of where you are in life and where you want to be. If you need assistance or have questions about your affirmations, I invite you to book a free 30-minute discovery call. I believe everyone deserves to be the best version of themselves and live a life of health, abundance, joy, and love. It is our birthright to manifest our desires and create the life we truly desire.
