Rooted in Love
Rooted in love, from my point of view, is the recognition that you are fashioned in the image of God, and God is love. Thus, you are loved. Knowing this, what if you treated all things and people in life with love? Everything we are exposed to reflects our opinions, beliefs, and presumptions. If we maintain our sense of self, founded in love, then that love is returned to us. Consider being so ensconced in love that you no longer make judgments about others. Wouldn’t it be fantastic if you ceased to think negatively about yourself and others?
At times we go about our lives still encumbered by an outdated story. The narrative we invented for ourselves is based on the conditioning we have encountered before understanding who we genuinely are. It can be arduous to stay rooted in love while remaining within that old tale. Nonetheless, accepting that you are loved can transform everything in your life.
Love is Universal
I have learned that being aware that I am rooted in love makes it easier to love myself. It helps me not to criticize myself or anyone else. It’s a noticeable shift and takes effort; I am not deceiving anyone. We are all members of the same consciousness, and each takes a journey of awakening. We are at different stages on this journey. Some are still undergoing tribulation. Think about being able to observe everyone with the eyes of God (your authentic self). It’s an intriguing thing to be able to do.
I have been mulling this idea for some time, yet I recently attended an event. While I was sitting there watching the people, I found myself moving into a very loving state. Everyone was distinctive, and I found myself speculating about their lives. It was an exciting feeling. I’m not faultless, and I’m still exploring this idea on my personal quest.
While you’re reading this, I hope you realize that you are also rooted in love. You are rooted and grounded in love. This secret is to recognize and dwell in that place as often as possible so you can see that love mirrored back to you.
