Inspired Action
Inspired action and force – what is the difference? Through my own experiences, force is the use of “trying” to achieve a desired outcome. On the other hand, inspired action moves gracefully and feels a natural yet unmistakable urge to do something. There is a distinct naturalness to this kind of action; one feels less stressed, less pressured, and more at peace with it.
Last week, I wrote a post about taking the time just to be still, having worked for hours at a time for multiple days, sitting on a chair for long hours. Eventually, I felt the intense need just to be still and reflect. This enabled me to take a step back and observe my thoughts.
The most remarkable sensation of naturalness that comes from this was tremendous, accompanied by feelings of thankfulness and realization that no matter how much work needs to be done, it’s essential to keep that sense of inner peace and calm. From this point of inner peace and grounding, inspiration, joy, and gratefulness sprout and influences inspired action. To contrast, force gives one an unpleasant feeling and doesn’t seem right.
If something in your life doesn’t feel right, don’t attempt to enforce it. Take inspired action. Pause, find your balance, and cherish the serenity that comes with being still. With this newfound clarity, you’ll be able to discern between actions inspired out of peace and those carried out with brute force. It’s a stunning insight that brings about beautiful sensations.
