The awakening soul. I debated on creating a post but as I start to incorporate my experiences and what I’ve learned in overcoming anxiety, depression and insecurities and really changing my story into my writing, I thought I’d share a bit.
We really are all part of the same consciousness. I started to truly recognize it a few years ago but it’s a journey and you don’t really awaken all at once. There are some who can’t fathom the possibility, some are in the process, and others who are fully awakened. I fall in the middle to be honest.
If you are uncomfortable, sad, depressed, insecure, feeling unappreciated, unwell, unworthy, etc. you truly can change your story. You can change your life. It may not happen all at once but be persistent. What you are experiencing in this world is a direct reflection of what you are thinking, feeling, and assuming within. I 100% get it now because the evidence is unmistakable. How others treat you is also a direct reflection. It can be a difficult concept to grasp but if you’re seeking answers trust me, they are there. They are within – in the silence. Just you and I AM. All the answers are within. Even if you must go searching for confirmation, you’ll end up at the source – within.
I had been searching my whole life. Teachers showed up, people showed up, experiences showed up, and confirmation has shown up. I firmly believe that when we are ready, the answers appear. So, I thought I’d post in case this resonates with someone who is seeking answers. If you aren’t the person you truly want to be or aren’t experiencing what you want in this life, then change your story WITHIN. I dealt with anxiety, depression, abuse, poverty, and terrible insecurities most of my life. If only I had known sooner, then I would have changed my story earlier in my life.
If your life isn’t what you want it to be – change your story. Know who you are, learn to love and forgive yourself. Your world is your creation. Be aware (truly aware) of your thoughts, beliefs, and assumptions. If none of this make sense now, that’s okay. This is my journey and just as I have found similarities in mine with others, you will find your similarities as well.
