Do not sit idly by. The effects of anxiety and depression will keep you stagnant if you allow it. I urge you to not sit idly by, giving in to the notion that anxiety and depression control your life. You are in complete control. Do you hear me?
Had I known that I could take control of my own thoughts then I would have beaten anxiety and depression a lot sooner than I did. There is a lot of great information available on the subconscious mind and how to change your thought patterns. I am here to tell you to tell you that if you do your research, you will realize that you absolutely DO NOT have to suffer.
I spent a whole lot of time thinking about anxiety and depression. The more I thought about it, the worse it got! I sat idly by wallowing in my own thoughts which then manifested into negative feelings. Many of those thoughts were triggered by outside sources and events but I identified with them. That was a mistake!
Change Your Thoughts - Stop the Cycle
In my experience, I’ve found that as a circumstance comes up, the brain will recall a past thought or feeling as it relates to the situation. By reacting in the same way, you always have, life becomes a perpetual series of the same types of situations happening again and again. Change your thoughts and stop the cycle. You absolutely do not have to deal with anxiety and depression.
Once I really became consciously aware of my thoughts and how to change them, things began to shift. This took years of failed starts and practice but I’m here to tell you that if you do the work internally, you will change your life.
