I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Order in 2007; although I had dealt with depression for as far back into my childhood as I can remember. My story is not unique and will not resonate with everyone. Therefore, below is a list of links to several other depression blogs.
Depression is a mood disorder that causes persistent feelings of sadness and loss of interest. When those feelings do not go away or get worse over time then various types of depression disorders may develop.
Dealing with mental health issues can feel overwhelming. Reading about the experiences of others can often provide a source of comfort.
